Canbuilt Manufacturing (Canbuilt Mfg.) warrants that all Canbuilt branded products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase by the buyer.
During the warranty period, any product proven, to Canbuilt’s satisfaction, to be defective will be either repaired or replaced, serving as the exclusive remedy under this warranty.
At its discretion, Canbuilt Mfg. will repair or replace the defective product at its own expense. The item should be returned, with transportation costs prepaid, and accompanied by dated proof of purchase, to the nearest authorized service center. The repaired or replaced product will then be shipped to the original purchaser with prepaid transportation charges.
This warranty excludes defects resulting from improper installation, normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, overloading, accidents (including shipping-related damages), inadequate maintenance, alterations, product tampering, use of incorrect fluids, or equipment operation for purposes other than its intended design. Any hydraulic performance issues related to fluid levels, air-locked reservoirs, or leaky hydraulic cylinders fall outside the coverage of this warranty.
Canbuilt Mfg. does not authorize its distributors to provide any warranties on its behalf other than those explicitly stated herein.
