LIMITED EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
Canbuilt Manufacturing warrants that all Canbuilt branded product be free from defects in material and workmanship during the one year following date of purchase by the original purchaser
During the warranty period, any product proved to Canbuilt’s satisfaction to be defective will be repaired or replaced as the exclusive remedy under this warranty.
All returns for Replacement (RGA) or Repair (RRA) must have prior authorization issued by Canbuilt Mfg.
Canbuilt will at its option, repair or replace the defective product at its expense, provided the item is returned, transportation prepaid with proof of purchase date. The product so repaired or replaced will be shipped to the original purchaser with transportation charges prepaid
Electric Motors are covered by the original manufacturers warranty and should be returned by the purchaser to their authorized service centre for repair. Call Canbuilt Mfg. for details.
This warranty does not cover defects in equipment caused by improper installation, ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, overloading, accident (including shipping damage) improper maintenance, alteration, use of improper fluids or use of the equipment for other than which it was designed. Hydraulic performance problems associated with fluid levels, air bound reservoirs or leaking hydraulic cylinders are not covered by this warranty.
Canbuilt issues no authority to its distributors, to offer any other warranties on its behalf
RETURN POLICY
No Returns will be accepted without prior authorization and Canbuilt issued RGA. Returned goods are subject to 20% re-stocking charge ($15.00 Minimum), must be returned freight prepaid and be in new resaleable condition. Additional charges will apply for re-packaging, missing parts or repaint. Used, discontinued or special-order products are non-returnable.
PLEASE NOTE: Any item returned for warranty inspection or repair must be cleaned and made presentable. Any item returned for repair in an unclean condition, whether warranty is claimed or not, will be assessed a $25.00 clean up charge.
